Return Process

  Place the unwashed and unworn apparel in its original packaging with all designer tags still attached to ensure a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
